Hey! I originally wanted to lose weight just to shed a couple of pounds before my wedding so I could feel better in my dress! I started a ketogenic diet 2 months before my wedding and lost around 15lbs in that time frame. After that, I just loved seeing the weight fall off me and decided to stick with it! Another year on I can not even think about going back to my old eating habits!
There is no due date to health and you must trust the process and not rush the results. This journey has completely changed my life. I no longer suffer from high blood pressure, extreme fatigue, joint pain, and was finally able to give birth to my second child. I can now keep up with my boys and teach them healthy habits.
