“Just find what feels good as far as movement goes and do that. If it’s dancing in your living room, rock it out. If it’s taking an evening walk – I’m all for it. Just do what feels good to you and the rest will come naturally.”
“No one is 100% strong all the time, we all have our slip-ups and I just try and take ownership of them. If I slip up one day then it’s a matter of getting over it and not letting it eat into the next day.”
I have one memory in particular. My cousins and I went to Six Flags and wanted to spend the entire day just having a good time. One of my favorite rides was the Batman, we waited in line for about 30 minutes, and then came time to buckle up and take off. The harness came down and just would not buckle. I tried, the employee tried, it was so embarrassing.
